If your poster has been defected in transport or production, you are able return your poster within 30 Days of Arrival. The return details will be given to you when you contact support@oneruph

Are frames included on my poster?

Frames are not included with your poster, this is also listed on the descriptions of all posters. We apologies if you were not aware of this, if you have accidently bought a poster thinking a frame was included feel free to send a complaint to us at Support@oneruph.com

Is shipping free anywhere?

Yes, if you are in a country that we send to, you shipping costs are covered no matter where you live in the country. We also cover taxes, and the annoying additional fees that might appear. So the price you see under all products is exactly what you pay, nothing more
